Support

At Edinburgh Instruments we are delighted to be supported by a team of application scientists who provide exceptional scientific support, are experienced in experimental design and have an understanding of our customers’ applications.

All of our scientists are educated to PhD level specialising in a variety of fields – Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Their research is carried out using Edinburgh Instruments own systems. In doing so it provides them with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the range of products that are manufactured by the company and how they can be used to benefit the customers’ research.

Our team of application scientists are able to understand the varied customer requirements and carry out test measurements using in-house or customer samples. We have a dedicated applications laboratory at our headquarters in Scotland equipped with our full range of instruments. Our scientists can provide live instrument demos (in person and virtually) and after any system purchase, they provide full support to our customers – wherever they are in the world.

Having our own team of application scientists ensures our customers can have the confidence required when purchasing our innovative, high performance products as the team are available to discuss results from a hardware, software or an application point of view. We also have the valuable privilege of housing many different nationalities within our office. Therefore, we are proud to be able to offer written and verbal support to customers in their own languages.

If you are in need of any help and support from our multilingual team and for all further enquiries, why not get in touch via the contact details below. You can also view our video tutorials.
