Read Time: 3 min

Last week we welcomed some of our key distributors for an intensive week of distributor training at our Scottish headquarters. This annual event not only reinforces our commitment to our distributors as partners but also provides them with the tools they need to succeed in today’s dynamic Photonics market.

Product Deep Dive

Our experienced Product, Development and Application Scientist teams showcased our dedication to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. Our distributors had the opportunity to explore our instruments – with hands on experience. These interactive distributor training and learning sessions not only highlighted the features and benefits of our instruments but also equipped our distributors with the tools they need to effectively communicate these distinct advantages to their customers.

Our distributors were engaged, asked insightful questions, shared their opinions, and aligned their goals with our strategic objectives.

Sales Strategies and Marketing Best Practices

During the week, the distributor training focus shifted to sales strategies and best practices. Our regional sales experts shared their thoughts on effective selling techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis.

Our marketing and branding team also shared insights on the latest trends and tools that can help our distributors enhance their visibility and engagement in their respective markets.

Building Stronger Relationships

Overall, the week was a resounding success, fostering stronger relationships and enhancing the skills necessary for our distributors to thrive. During the evenings we were able to showcase some of our city – Edinburgh! We enjoyed some of its delicious cuisine and marvelled at the scenery in both the historic old town and coastal South Queensferry.

We are committed to our distributor’s success through distributor training. We are not just building a network of distributors; we are creating a community committed to excellence and shared success in the photonics sector. We look forward to moving forward together, we will continue to drive growth and deliver exceptional, high-quality instrumentation and first-class customer service to our researchers and customers.

We’d like to say thank you to our distributors for joining our distributor training training week and engaging so well with us:
