Norma is the Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors and is first point of contact for the Chairman and CEO. She has been with EI for over 6 years and has worked with senior management in the optoelectronics industry since 1996 after a career of 23 years in banking where she attained the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland Diploma.
