Chris O'Connor

Chris O’Connor has 25 years experience working in the scientific instrument and hi tech manufacturing sector. He has a background of operational and commercial roles for Dyson Ltd and as CEO for Barloworld Scientific Ltd and Sealine International Ltd. His experience of the analytical instrument sector and international markets are closely aligned with Edinburgh Instruments’ strategy.
Chris has an M.A. Hons in Engineering from Emmanuel College, Cambridge University and, in his role as CEO for Edinburgh Instruments’ parent company Techcomp Europe Ltd, he is also Executive Director of Precisa Gravimetrics A.G. in Switzerland, Dynamica Ltd in the UK and President of Froilabo S.A.S. in France.
