The T900 is fluorescence lifetime software dedicated entirely for use with the TCC900 card. This software enables lifetime data acquisition, data fitting, data manipulation and presentation. The data acquisition parameters can be set for Time Range (between 2.5ns and 50ms), STOP conditions (peak counts, time, manual), number of channels (512, 1024, 2048, 4096), CFD parameters, shift delay, forward or reverse mode of operation.

The T900 has all the excellent fluorescence lifetime analysis features associated with our F900 software. For comprehensive fluorescence lifetime analysis the T900 uses non-linear least squares reconvolution analysis procedures based on tried and tested Marquardt Levenberg search procedures. As in the F900 the Chi-squared goodness-of-fit test is utilised to test for the best fit. Fitting of up to four exponential decay-times, with full reconvolution analysis of up to 4096 channels of data, and optional iterative time shift for precise fitting over decay curve, including rising edge are all features of the T900 software.

Measurement modes for the T900 software are as follows:
• Signal rate
• Manual lifetime measurement
• Multiple lifetime measurement
• Time resolved excitation spectra
• Time resolved emission spectra
• Fluorescence anisotropy
• Temperature controlled lifetime measurements
• Sample temperature monitoring

The following analysis features are available in the T900 software
• Full data reconvolution using a non-linear least square fitting routein – exponential fit or tail fit
• 1-4 independent exponential decay times, fixed or as free fit parameters
• Shift parameters, fixed or as free fit parameters
• Background fit, fixed or as free fit parameters
• Chi-squared goodness-of-fit test
• Weighted residuals, Durbin Watson parameters
• Autocorrelation function
• Anisotropy calculation
• Time resolved spectra

Comprehensive data import and export facilities are also provided to ensure compatibility with many other popular analysis programs.
