Hamamatsu lasers produce high repetition rate, picosecond optical pulse radiation suitable as a source for TCSPC measurements. Diodes are available with output wavelengths in the range from 375,400, 440 - 1550nm and with repetition rates from single shot to 100MHz. The drive electronics has an internal pulse clock which runs at a maximum frequency of 100MHz.

A permanently active synchronous output allows the driver to trigger TCSPC equipment.
