High quality Glan-Thompson polarising prisms mounted within the new universal sample chamber in compact motorised mounts. The transmission range extends from 250 nm to more than 900 nm and a clear aperture of 14 mm ensures high light throughput. User defined or preset polarisation angles can be set via the F900 software and polarised data, either steady-state or time-resolved, can be acquired either manually or computer controlled. Fluorescence anisotropy analysis with G-factor correction is standard in the F900 Windows™ software.
