Edinburgh Instruments Ltd have been providing excellent service backup on all our own CO/CO2 and agency products for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on ensuring first class customer care before, during and after your purchase.
Our Professional Engineers will deal with all your queries and problems to provide effective remedies throughout the world.
All work carries a 12-month warranty as standard.

Maintenance Programs/Contracts.
We can provide Preventative Maintenance contracts tailored to your needs to provide maximum up time from your Laser system whether it is one of our own systems, or a third party system. You can choose from various options including quarterly, 6 monthly or annually maintenance visits.

Emergency Service.
As well as a complete Maintenance contract we also provide emergency service cover contracts with a rapid response any where in the world. Again this can be tailored to your needs.

Standard Service.
We will service your Laser system either at our premises in Scotland, or on your own premises anywhere in the world. The choice is up to you.
