Microchannel Plate Photomultiplier in Cooled Housing

  • Features Hamamatsu R3809U-50 MCP-PMT

Microchannel Plate Detectors are the fastest available photon detectors with large sensitive areas. They are primarily used in time resolved applications. To fully utilise their capability short laser light pulses and low jitter timing electronics are required.
